BUY signal on domestic dividend ETF’s

The dividend ETF’s  SDY and PEY been doing well and I see moving averages crossing.  The SDY yields @3.8% and the PEY yields @4.55%, which is part of the reason they are popular now. This brings the ‘Buys’ to International, Emerging Markets, and Domestic Dividend.
